Steven Sisskind Consultants I've always been overweight. When others ask me why I became large though I used to be slim, I always blame it on puberty. In fact, I always say that puberty hit me and ruin my life. Yes, it really ruined my life because at present, the world is now made for all skinny people or rather those ladies that are much slimmer are much attractive. Sometimes, I wish I lived in the year 1950s when sexiness was toward to the curvaceous figure yet I digress. This article is not regarding my longing for a whole new era. It is rather about the miracle supplement that is known for letting anyone lose weight.

As I stated, I've always been overweight and I was never a fan of my size 16 build. I already tried different kinds of diets. I starved myself, but nothing worked. Finally, a friend clued me on to a supplement known as Real Dose. After refreshing all my experiences, I find myself trying more supplements most particularly those with magnesium stearate. But, because of my desperation, I made some research.

While Real Dose seems similar to other dieting supplements, it does have some unique features. The first is that it has human trials to justify the results. This sounds a little dodgy, but hear me out. Instead of testing the supplement on rats or apes, Real Dose determines effectiveness on humans by medical trials with humans. This way, they will be able to distinguish the relevant negative as well as positive symptoms. http://amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1001021341/

So, that's already a thumbs up for the Real Dose supplement; but, I wasn't persuaded until I read a few reviews by people who had used the treatment. Of course, there were both good and bad reviews to be seen. The one advantage of spending some of your time reading such testimonials is that you will be able to the results and symptoms experienced.

It seems that Real Dose can cause bloating of the intestines and some severe stomach ache. But, this is also let you decline to eat foods, which can be a bonus. After taking Real Dose, some said that they became ill and unable to make a move from their bed. However, others slept well and felt great. However, a common statement was that they all lost a large amount of weight; in some cases, up to 25 kg.

I’m still very nervous regarding Real Dose particularly after I have read those reviews. I am, however, impressed that Real Dose admit the negative side-effects in their brochures and on their website. It seem that they are also conscious about the risks that people may face when using this supplement and are not afraid to admit the fact. This probably is not a smart idea marketing-wise, but this is important to their reputation as a business that serves with integrity.

In conclusion, I don't think I will be using Real Dose as a means of losing weight. This is not because I am not intrigued by the supplement, but because I am still in two minds about it. If you are interested on diet tablets, then you must try Real Dose. This supplement is not that bad.

RealDose is a manufacturer of weight loss supplements, however, unlike other companies it guarantees that its products are reproductions of formulas being used at clinical trials. This is very important for several reasons as you shall see below. youtube.com/user/RealDoseNutrition

The majority of well known supplements which you find these days initially became very popular due to some medical study which had such effect on the test subjects. But then, there are many facts you should know about these clinical studies and the different ways a standard supplement-producing company makes these supplements.

There are some clinical studies which publish literature regarding the efficiency of the involved ingredient. The only problem is that the test subjects were animals, not humans. This is very important because more often than not, an ingredient that works on a rat, a pig or mouse rarely, if ever, works in humans. So, the next time you read about a clinical study, make sure the subjects were humans before reading further.

Manufacturers are very prompt whenever they get to make a clinical study really successful with human test subjects. Once it is successful, they immediately produce a supplement in accordance to the ingredient used with the study. The only problem is that these companies tend to use inferior versions of same ingredient sourced from a different location (usually China) using different extraction methods.

There is another issue that may arise in the process of production. This mainly includes the dosage of the active ingredient. Yes, a company may use the same materials sourced from the same location using the same extraction methods that the clinical study used, but then they might not use the same dosage used. It will be very tricky for a company to claim authenticity, yet it does not bother telling you about the adjustments made with the dosage.

However, RealDose is different with this, as it only makes supplements as per clinical studies conducted on humans and not animals. They produce products that follow the source, extraction methods and dosage used in the clinical studies. The company is very careful in keeping in line of their studies. This allows them to gratify lots of customers who confirm about the efficiency of their supplements.

Although it has several products in its line, arguably it’s most popular product is RealDose Weight Loss Formula No. 1. The product is made up of Dolichos Biflorus seed extract, betel leaf extract, pepper, decaffeinated green coffee, and Siberian Rhodiola Rosea root extract. This product is known to contain a fat burning formula, which curbs one’s appetite and boosts the mood. The ingredients within the formula are proven to optimize weight loss achieved by exercise and diet.
